General Terms & Conditions

The courier company liability is limited to Rs. 5000/- or value of consignment, whichever is minimum.
For high value consignments, insurance must be arranged by the shipper or can be arranged on request.
For high-value shipments, handling charges @ 0.5% will be levied for consignment value above Rs. 5000/- per Kg.
Billing will be charged on volumetric or actual weight whichever is higher.
18% GST applicable extra, GST no. of shipper to be provided along with other documents.
For international consignment, if any duty or taxes are applicable, they must be borne by the receiver.
For shipments valued above 50,000/-, an Ewaybill is required.
Fuel surcharge is applicable extra, as per percentage declared from time to time.
International commercial shipments require additional customs clearance charges, Rs. 1800/- per consignment or as chargeable at time of clearance.
Currency, Cash, Gold, Silver & DG Goods are not allowed in any shipment, domestic or international.
Delays due to improper documentation, flight delays, customs clearance, or acts of God will not be the courier's responsibility.
